Marketing & positioning

Give prospective members a reason to choose you

Clarify your audience, membership offer and introductory experience. Build local search foundations, campaign plans and landing pages that explain your classes, coaching and facilities.

Website & booking

Make the first visit easy to arrange

Improve mobile pages, timetables, trial forms and booking links. Make prices, location and what to expect easy to find, with a clear path from interest to a booked visit.

Explore website development

CRM & sales follow-up

Keep trial enquiries moving

Assign calls, forms and social enquiries to a named team member. Set response tasks, trial reminders and post-visit follow-up, with stop rules when someone joins or opts out.

Onboarding & retention

Support members beyond the sign-up

Design welcome journeys, staff check-ins and follow-up for missed introductory sessions. Where your tools support it, flag changes in attendance for a person to review rather than sending indiscriminate reminders.

Explore member workflows

AI & connected tools

Reduce repetitive work at the front desk

Use AI-assisted enquiry classification and approved reply drafts to support your team. Connect booking and CRM tools where supported, while leaving coaching advice, complaints and membership exceptions with staff.

Explore AI automation

Reporting & operations

See what happens after an enquiry

Separate enquiries, trial bookings, attendance, new memberships and cancellations. Define a consistent reporting process so marketing and the studio team can identify where attention is needed.

Where do trials or members drop off?

If trials are available but enquiries are scarce, review the offer and acquisition channels. If people enquire but never visit, look at booking and follow-up. If new members disengage, examine onboarding and staff check-ins.

We identify the priority before recommending more software or more advertising.

Tell us where the process breaks down ↗

Recognise any of these?

  • Trial enquiries sit in several inboxes with no clear owner.
  • Staff chase no-shows manually without a consistent process.
  • Membership follow-up stops after the first conversation.
  • New members receive a welcome email but little direction.
  • Booking, membership and marketing tools require duplicate entry.
  • Reports show leads but not attendance or membership progression.

A practical project your team can use.

01

Review the member journey

Map your offer, enquiry channels, trial experience, onboarding and current tools. Choose the priority and agree how it will be measured.

You receive

A process map, baseline measures and an agreed scope.

02

Build and test the improvements

Implement the agreed pages, campaigns, CRM configuration or integrations. Test booking paths, duplicate enquiries, opt-outs and staff handoffs.

You receive

Working changes checked against agreed acceptance criteria.

03

Hand over and review

Train the team, document ownership and review the measures. Decide whether ongoing support or further improvements are worthwhile.

You receive

Operating guidance and a review of the implementation.

Let staff focus on the conversations that matter.

AI-assisted reply drafts can answer routine questions using your approved class, location and membership information. Fixed-rule reminders can handle predictable booking steps without AI.

Complaints, health questions and membership exceptions stay with your team. We define access, consent requirements, human review and fallback before implementation.

Video content for your gym or studio.

Show prospective members your classes and coaching, and give existing members useful content between visits.

Class and coach introductions

Edit class footage, facility walkthroughs and coach interviews into videos for your website and social channels.

Shorts from longer recordings

Turn approved training sessions, interviews or YouTube videos into standalone clips with hooks and captions.

Content planning and member guides

Plan a recording schedule and produce welcome videos, first-visit guides and class previews from supplied assets.

Remote production only. You supply footage or approved assets; we handle the agreed strategy, editing and exports. Posting and account management are separately scoped.

Your coaches review exercise instructions and participant permissions. We do not invent member transformations, testimonials or attendance results.

Questions before we speak

Is this for independent gyms or fitness studios?

Both. We can scope work for independent gyms, boutique studios and multi-location operators. The plan reflects your membership model, class capacity, staff and current tools.

Can we start with a website or one workflow?

Yes. A trial landing page, website update, CRM setup or onboarding workflow can be a standalone project. Deliverables, fees and responsibilities are agreed before implementation.

Will you replace our membership software?

Not by default. We first review the systems you already use and the integrations they support. We improve the process around them where possible. Any replacement or custom development is scoped separately.

Can you help with both marketing and member retention?

Yes. Marketing strategy and execution can be scoped alongside enquiry follow-up, onboarding and member communication. Advertising spend, software costs and ongoing support are identified separately.

What can AI handle?

Defined administrative tasks, such as classifying enquiries or drafting answers from approved information. Fitness advice, health questions, payment disputes and uncertain requests go to your staff. Permissions and review requirements are agreed before launch.

Do you guarantee more memberships or fewer cancellations?

No. Results depend on your offer, local demand, capacity and delivery as well as the work we implement. We agree useful measures and assess changes against a baseline rather than promising an unsupported result.

What would you like to improve?

Share your gym or studio website, the tools you use and your main priority. We will review your brief and reply within two business days about fit and next steps.

Describe your business process only. Please do not include member records, payment details or health information.
