What we collect
If you send a brief, Purple Scale receives the information you enter, such as your name, work email, company, website, business type, current priority and message. We may also receive the page you submitted from and campaign parameters attached to your visit.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to understand your request, reply to you, assess whether Purple Scale is a suitable partner and improve how we explain our services. We do not sell enquiry data.
Automation assessments
The free assessment calculates results in your browser. Its task description and answers are not submitted to us unless you request a workflow review. If you do, we store your contact details, answers, scenario assumptions and result in our private growth workspace using Turso, with the website hosted on Vercel. We use these details to review and respond to your request. No software accounts are connected and no AI service analyses your answers.
If you allow analytics, we record assessment starts, completions and successful review requests, without task descriptions, answers, costs or contact details. Requesting a review does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Please do not include sensitive records or credentials.
Form delivery and storage
The enquiry form is delivered through FormSubmit and forwarded to sid@purplescale.com. FormSubmit and our email provider process the information needed to deliver the message. Their own retention and security practices apply while they provide those services.
Campaign attribution is stored in your browser session so it can stay attached if you visit another page before submitting. It is not a cross-site advertising cookie and is cleared when the browser session ends.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics is used only if you choose “Accept analytics.” It helps us understand which pages are visited and whether a website enquiry was completed. Purple Scale does not send your name, email, company, message or other form details to Google Analytics.
If you choose “Reject analytics,” the Analytics tag is not loaded. You can review or withdraw your choice at any time using “Analytics preferences” in the website footer. We ask again after six months or when the consent setup materially changes.
Booking a call
When you open the booking page, an embedded Cal.com scheduler loads so you can choose a time without leaving Purple Scale. Cal.com processes the details you enter to arrange the meeting, and its own privacy and retention practices apply to that information. You can use the enquiry form or email instead if you do not want to use Cal.com.
If you have allowed analytics, we record that the calendar loaded and that a booking flow was completed. We do not send your name, email, chosen time, meeting title, booking identifier or meeting link to Google Analytics.
How long we keep it
We keep business enquiries only as long as they remain useful for responding, maintaining an appropriate business record or meeting applicable obligations. The exact period can vary with the nature of the conversation.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop using it for follow-up. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
